Abi leads a high-performing team of researchers at Wilbury Stratton, delivering a wide range of mandates for consumer-focused clients. She is responsible for business development, client engagement, and ensuring the successful delivery of insight-led research and executive search projects.

Outside of work, Abi enjoys spending time with her family, exploring her creativity through art courses, and practising yoga.

Rich is an Executive Partner at Wilbury Stratton and leads project delivery for the firm’s financial services clients. He joined the business in 2013 following three years in executive search. 

He has 14 years of experience leading client engagements across a range of financial services and wider industry verticals.

Em is an Executive Partner and leads Wilbury Stratton legal practice. She also oversees project delivery for the firm’s energy & natural resources and industrials clients.

Em joined Wilbury Stratton in 2016. Her background is in comparative and cross-cultural research methods, and she also spent several years leading frontline service delivery in the charity sector.

Will is an Executive Partner and the APAC Head of Research at Wilbury Stratton. He joined the business in 2017 and has managed global leadership searches and talent research projects across a broad cross section of clients. Prior to Wilbury Stratton, Will was a Client Relationship Manager managing a range of FTSE 100 clients globally within a HR services organisation.

Nick is the Global Client Partner for Financial Services. He has experience supporting clients across Global Banking, Insurance, Asset Management and Private Equity as well as Fintech organizations. Nick's expertise lies in advising clients on the talent landscape to provide bespoke solutions for client needs. 

Beth is the Technology and Operations Partner at Wilbury Stratton. Since joining the company in 2018, she has led enterprise sales, marketing, and operations. In her current role, she focuses on optimizing technology and processes to enhance efficiency, supporting the Financial Services team to deliver effectively. Beth also manages Wilbury on Demand, the company’s cloud-based client portal. 

Martin is responsible for growing our presence, profile and market share across our key sectors. He enables clients to solve their talent challenges and achieve both their strategic and operational goals. He is passionate about bringing our research capabilities to clients who are looking at alternative, cost-effective talent solutions and delivering immediate value.

Zak is the Data & Analytics Manager at Wilbury Stratton. He joined the business in 2022 as a Data Analyst and has since taken over leadership of all client data projects for WS. Zak ensures that data is delivered quickly and efficiently. He also leads automation and artifical intelligence for Wilbury Stratton.
